Job summary

The Learning Experience in Mansfield, TX is seeking an Assistant Teacher to join our HAPPY Early Childhood Academic childcare center. We focus on making early education joyful and engaging for infants to preschoolers, helping children LEARN, PLAY and GROW.

Full-time and part-time positions are available. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED; ECE coursework is preferred, and 1+ year of childcare experience is advantageous. 18+ years old and licensing criteria apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; ECE coursework preferred.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years' experience in childcare preferred.
• Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support fun learning environments by helping to deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create safe & happy spaces by ensuring standards and protocols for clean, safe, and organized classrooms where Little Learners can explore and learn are adhered to daily.
• Monitor growth and development of understanding key milestones and celebrating their progress.
• Build relationships and communication with families and share daily updates and cheerful moments via our mobile app.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a supportive and happy learning environment.

*Full Time and Part Time Assistant Teacher positions available! Must be able to work until 6:30-6:45PM Monday-Friday*
