Job summary

The Learning Experience - Canton, OH is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to close the center and support a happy, safe learning environment for young children. You will work with the leadership and teaching staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly and families feel engaged with their child’s progress.

You will help maintain high standards of safety and compliance while contributing to ongoing training and supportive team dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center leadership team in managing the day-to-day closing operations of the center.
• Provide guidance to the teaching team and ensure they deliver high-quality programs and services.
• Cleaning and closing down the building.
• Work in the classroom as needed, ensuring children have a safe and nurturing learning experience.
• Maintain compliance with all regulations and licensing requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with families and keep them informed about their child’s learning.

The schedule for this position will be part-time. Hours are 2:00-6:15/6:30 PM Monday through Friday. There is potential to become full-time.

Key Responsibilities
