Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide classroom learning, mentor fellow teachers, and oversee curriculum implementation with respect to licensing guidelines. The role focuses on fostering growth in preschool children through engaging activities and strong family communication.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
