Giggles Grove is a newly established daycare center dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Daycare Center Director to lead our team and ensure the highest quality of care and education.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership: Oversee daily operations and provide leadership to staff, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Program Development: Design and implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote children's development and learning.
• Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff. Foster professional development and support a culture of continuous improvement.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and educational guidelines.
• Parent Communication: Build strong relationships with parents and guardians; communicate regularly about children's progress and center activities.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, oversee billing, and ensure financial sustainability of the center.
• Community Engagement: Promote the daycare within the community and establish partnerships with local organizations and schools.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and assess the quality of care and education provided, implementing improvements as necessary.
