Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for children across various age groups including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Provide attentive care to children’s basic needs such as feeding, diapering, and hygiene routines while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
• Monitor children’s behavior to encourage positive interactions and effective behavior management strategies.
• Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding children’s progress, daily activities, and any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including first aid procedures and emergency response plans.
• Support classroom management by organizing materials, setting up learning stations, and maintaining an engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with team members to develop individualized care plans for children with special needs or disabilities, integrating special education techniques as needed.

Experience
