Job summary

Columbia Distributing—Day Warehouse Associate in Everett, WA—seeks energetic individuals for full-time warehouse duties including order prep, palletization, and loading trucks. You’ll collaborate with teammates to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards and rotate stock per company procedures.

Minimum 18 years old with optional warehousing experience; high school diploma or GED preferred. Indoor setting with potential overtime and weekends; competitive hourly pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred warehouse, logistics or material handling experience.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties related to shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, rotation, check-in, repacking and security of products.
• Rotate all products during receiving, replenishment, picking, repacking and returns according to company standards.
• Participate in pre-picking and merchandising of products as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive, cooperative, team-oriented relationships with coworkers, supervisors, managers and others.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity standards established by management.
• Read order sheet accurately.
• Work with Warehouse Supervisor to ensure productivity standards are acceptable.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with company core values.
• Complete other tasks or projects as assigned.

Job Details

• Warehouse Associates** play a pivotal role at Columbia Distributing. They are responsible for pre-picking the beverage orders and placing the correct pallets on the trucks. Working as a team is a critical part of this position's success.

**Key Responsibilities

• Perform all duties related to shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, rotation, check-in, repacking and security of products
• Rotate all products during receiving, replenishment, picking, repacking and returns activities according to Company standards
• Participate in pre-picking and merchandising of products as needed
• Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers and others you come into contact with throughout your job
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards established by management
• Read order sheet accurately
• Work with Warehouse Supervisor to ensure productivity standards are acceptable
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times

**Compensation

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
