Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a Night Warehouse Associate for the seasonal shift in Kennewick, WA. You will support overnight operations by accurately picking orders and preparing them for the delivery team, using a pallet jack and other equipment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to productivity standards while maintaining quality and reliability in daily warehouse tasks. The position is indoor with some outdoor work and requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a warehouse and with logistics or material handling is preferred.
• Experience using a pallet jack is a plus.

Responsibilities

Summary

Night Warehouse Associates play a pivotal role at Columbia Distributing. They are responsible for picking and preparing customer orders accurately for our delivery team. Working as a team is a critical part of this position's success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using an electric pallet jack and/or other provided technology
• Perform all duties related to shipping and picking, picking-to-pallet of products
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Demonstrate positive, cooperative, and team-oriented behavior with co-workers, supervisors, managers consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned

Compensation

• Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
