Job summary

UFC GYM Day Spa Lead is a frontline role focused on delivering exceptional member experiences in our Recovery Centers. You will blend service, science, and sales to drive subscriptions and engagement while upholding brand standards and safety protocols.

As a lead, you will participate in ongoing training, deliver coaching to staff, and promote UFC GYM’s Train Different philosophy across shifts. A flexible schedule and bonus opportunities accompany a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Certification in dotFIT (or in progress).
• Certification in CPR/AED (or in progress).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Focus on delivering a positive customer experience and member service in the Recovery Center.
• Conduct safe and effective Recovery sessions using state of the art modalities.
• Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the Recovery Center.
• Respond professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members and staff.
• Sell subscriptions to the Recovery Center and provide introductory sessions for members and guests.
• Assist members and encourage member involvement in the Recovery Center.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs (dotFIT, supplements, and modality usage).
