A well-known fitness brand located in La Mirada, California, is looking for a Day Spa Lead to ensure an exceptional customer experience in the Recovery Centers. The role involves conducting Recovery sessions, selling subscriptions, and maintaining the center's organization. Candidates need a high school diploma, CPR/AED certification, and preferably a dotFIT certification. Position Overview

UFC GYM Day Spa Lead is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering great member service in our Recovery Centers.

We Offer

Responsibilities

• Focus on changing lives through Service, Science, and Sales.
• Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its “Train Different” philosophy.
• Bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life.
• Conduct safe and effective Recovery sessions using our state of the art modalities.
• Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the Recovery Center.
• Respond professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members and staff.
• Sell subscriptions to the Recovery Center and provide introductory session for members and guests.
• Assist members and encourage member involvement in the Recovery Center.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs (dotFIT, supplements, and modality usage).
