Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Loader Operator to safely move materials across our work sites. You will operate loaders, perform routine maintenance, and assist with loading and unloading to keep operations efficient.

This role requires strong safety discipline and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions. We offer starting pay, a 401(k) with company contributions, comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits, and paid time off.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate loader to transport materials safely and efficiently.

Physical Demands

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
