Job summary

Closets By Design is hiring a Machine Operator Day to join our team in Norcross, GA. You will operate woodworking machinery and hand tools to produce quality home organizing systems. Training is provided, with a day shift and potential second shift training to cover duties.

Position offers a $15.00/hour base pay with a $4.00/hour incentive after training and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Competitive benefits include 401(k) and health insurance, with an in-person franchise location.

Qualifications

• Training provided on woodworking equipment.
• Able to stand 8 hours and lift 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Train to produce quality custom closets, garages and home organizing systems.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Understand product lines, machinery and assembly standards.
• Follow quality and safety standards.
• Maintain shop equipment on schedule.
• Understand daily cut lists.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by Manufacturing Supervisor.
