Responsibilities
- We will train to produce quality custom closets, garages and home organizing systems.
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
- Understand company product lines, machinery and assembly standards.
- Follow quality and safety standards.
- Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.
- Understand daily cut lists.
- Perform additional tasks or projects as defined by the Manufacturing Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Will train to use woodworking equipment and hand tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team oriented.
- Quality conscious.
- Honest and reliable.
- Can stand for 8 hours.
- Can lift 45 lbs.
Schedule
Day shift: 6:45 am – 3:30 pm. Must be able to train on 2nd shift from 3:15 pm – midnight until released to 1st shift.
Compensation and Benefits
$15.00 to $15.00 per hour with an additional $4.00 per hour incentive program after training.
