Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics USA is seeking a Team Lead in Grove City, OH to coordinate personnel, equipment, and inventories to meet daily operational goals. You will drive safety, quality, and Lean/5S initiatives while leading a team in a combined warehouse and administrative environment.

Responsibilities include directing associates, ensuring SOP compliance, and delivering production updates to management. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with proficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in supply chain, warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct associates within the assigned operational area to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and workflow to support daily operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean and 5S practices.
• Communicate with management and cross-functional teams regarding production updates and operational issues.
• Maintain and distribute manpower reports and operational updates.
