Job summary

National DCP, LLC (NDCP) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in McDonough, GA to oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise Distribution Center staff and equipment in line with company service requirements. You will lead a team of about 40 associates, train for safety and OSHA compliance, deploy workloads, monitor performance, and maintain data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years warehousing or distribution experience.
• Proficient with WMS (Manhattan Active preferred) and SAP/ADP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff productivity and accuracy daily.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance through regular training.
• Develop staffing plans and distribute workloads to meet schedules.
• Maintain data accuracy and evolve reports as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance and liaise with vendors as required.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

1. Supervises, instructs, and monitors warehouse employees' production efficiencies and errorperformance daily.2. Supervises, instructs, and conducts regular training to ensure a safe working environment andcompliance with all OSHA and NDCP safety practices and guidelines.3. Provides supervision, counseling, and coaching of warehouse employees to ensurecompliance with operating standards and to assist with problems.4. Responsible for ensuring employees in their respective functional areas have adequate trainingand tools necessary to meet defined job requirements.5. Deploys warehouse employees and distributes daily workloads to ensure route departure timesare met.6. Participates in staff meetings and attends other meetings, training sessions and seminars asrequired.7. Assists in administering random drug screening of employees.8. Performs other functions as required by management.9. Ensure that the cleanliness of the warehouse meets or exceeds FDA and OSHA guidelines.10. Delegate cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members when required.11. Monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as the generalwarehouse, Freezer/cooler, offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreationspaces.12. May perform routine maintenance on facilities and make repairs as needed and/or scheduleroutine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors.13. Maintain day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenanceorders and preparing facilities for changing weather conditions.14. Ensure employees in their respective functional areas have adequate training and toolsnecessary to meet defined job requirements.15. Maintain accuracy of all data reported, consistently evolve existing reports, and create newones as needed.

Qualifications

What you bring:

1. 5 years of previous supervisory experience or equivalent required2. 3 years of warehousing or distribution experience required; preference to Food Service/ Food/Beverage Distribution3. Proficient with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), Manhattan Active preferred, SAP, and ADP.4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated while interacting at all levels of theorganization5. Exceptional customer service skills.6. Flexibility in work hours/days; ability to adapt to business needs7. High School Diploma or equivalent required8. Strong analytical and problem resolution skills9. Results-oriented with the ability to follow through without constant supervision10. Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and remain organized11. Ability to prioritize and complete tasks and responsibilities in an ever-changing and fast-pacedenvironment
