Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to support inbound and outbound activities in a fast-paced distribution setting. You will follow SOPs, perform picking, packing, palletizing, and shipment preparation, and use material handling equipment and WMS to ensure accurate orders.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, flexibility to work overtime, and good communication. Cardinal Health values safety and efficiency in a diverse warehouse team.

Qualifications

• RF scanner and/or voice-picking experience preferred.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders, including picking, packing, and loading shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Utilize WMS to check in/out products and ensure accurate inventory.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and report safety concerns.
