Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to support inbound and outbound activities at our facility. You will follow SOPs to pick, pack, and ship orders, operate material handling equipment, and maintain accurate inventory while upholding safety standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, ability to work the 5:00pm–10:45pm shift, and willingness to work overtime. We offer 401k, PTO, and access to wage advances through myFlexPay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice.
• Experience with RF scanners and material handling equipment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: picking, quality checks, packing, and preparing for shipment.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and support projects as needed.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) for in/outs and inventory control.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and comply with OSHA standards.
