Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to support inbound and outbound activities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will follow SOPs to pick, pack, stage and ship orders, and operate material handling equipment as needed.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work overtime with little notice. Training is provided; benefits include health coverage, 401k, and PTO. Pay rate is $20.00 per hour, with shift differential.

Qualifications

• Candidates with little to no warehouse experience welcomed; training provided on first day.
• Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds; comfortable with heights and standing for shift.
• Overtime may be required with little notice.

Responsibilities

• Follow established SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, packing, and shipping.
• Operate material handling equipment as required; use WMS to check in/out products.
• Engage in cross-training and participate in projects; maintain clean and safe work area.
• Communicate concerns to management and adhere to OSHA and Cardinal Health policies.
