Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support inbound or outbound activities in a fast-paced distribution setting. You will follow SOPs to accurately pick, inspect, and prepare orders for shipment while operating material handling equipment as needed and maintaining a safe, clean work area.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent or equivalent work experience.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 feet regularly.
• Radio frequency (RF) scanner and/or voice to pick experience highly preferred.
• Must be able to work additional hours and holidays with little to no advance notice.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality control, sorting, packing, and loading.
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required (forklift, order picker, etc.).
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and assist in inventory control.
