Job summary

McLane is hiring a Warehouse Selector in the United States to move product between the loading dock and the warehouse, operating reach trucks and pallet jacks to pick and stack items. This role supports multiple areas including Dry, Refrigerated, and Freezer, with equipment provided.

Day Shift. Candidates may be subject to background checks and drug screens, with a safety-conscious, team-oriented culture and opportunities for advancement within a long-standing distribution leader.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more, repeatedly.
• Distribution warehouse experience preferred (reach truck, pallet jack, forklift).
• Read, write and understand English for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks between the loading dock and the warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to pick and stack product.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders.
• Maintain clean work area; perform other duties as assigned.
