Job summary

RightStone in Eagan is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Record Center Specialist for a 3-month contract. The role offers a consistent day shift (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM) with pay at $20.66 per hour and potential for renewal based on performance.

You will process and track records, lift heavy boxes, and operate material handling equipment while maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull storage boxes weighing up to 100 lbs on a regular basis.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and climbing ladders or stairs during a 9-hour shift.
• Must wear ASTM F2413-11 compliant safety footwear with slip resistance.
• Basic reading/writing in English to read labels and process systems.

Responsibilities

• Locate, scan, and log storage boxes, binders, files, and backups using handheld RF scanners.
• Manually lift and move inventory boxes and totes (24 lbs to 100+ lbs) on varied surfaces.
• Operate hand carts, pallet jacks, and trucks to move materials safely around the facility.
• Prepare and stage shipments by palletizing, loading, and shrink-wrapping for outbound delivery.
