Job summary

RightStone is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Record Center Specialist in Chicago to support order processing, inventory control, and shipment preparation. This role offers a consistent day shift, bi-weekly pay, and potential for permanent placement within a fast-paced facility.

You will locate, scan, and log boxes using handheld RF scanners and tracking systems, lift heavy boxes up to 100 lbs, and operate carts and pallet jacks while maintaining safety standards throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb during a 9-hour shift.
• ANSI F2413-11 compliant safety footwear with slip resistance.
• Basic English literacy for labels and tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and track orders by locating, scanning, and logging storage boxes using handheld RF scanners and tracking systems.
• Manually lift and move inventory boxes weighing 24 lbs up to 100+ lbs across concrete surfaces.
• Operate hand carts, pallet jacks, and trucks to transport materials around the facility.
• Prepare and stage shipments by building and loading pallets for outbound delivery.
