Job summary

RightStone is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Record Center Specialist in Nashville for a 3-month contract with a consistent day shift. Pay rate is $19.84/hr, schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.

You will use handheld RF scanners and tracking software to locate, log, and retrieve boxes of files, binders, tapes, and archives. The role requires lifting up to 100 lbs and safe operation of hand trucks and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods.
• Fluent reading and writing in English to follow labels and orders.

Responsibilities

• Use handheld RF scanners and tracking software to locate, log, and retrieve boxes of files, binders, tapes, and archives.
• Manually lift, move, and stack storage boxes, bins, and totes 24 lbs to 100+ lbs on varied surfaces.
• Safely load, operate, and transport materials using hand trucks, carts, and pallet jacks.
• Build, shrink-wrap, and stage pallets at ground level and load boxes/pallets onto delivery trucks for outbound dispatch.
