RightStone in Richmond, VA is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Record Center Specialist I to join our fast-paced team. You will lift, locate, scan, and log boxes, totes, and files, using handheld RF scanners and our tracking systems, with steady day-shift hours and the potential for permanent employment.

The role emphasizes safe handling up to 100 lbs, standing and walking through a full 9-hour shift, and teamwork in a physical warehouse.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull storage boxes up to 100 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, climbing ladders or stairs during a 9-hour shift.
• Basic literacy in English to read labels and process tracking; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and track orders by locating, scanning, and logging storage boxes, binders, files, and backup tapes using handheld RF scanners and tracking systems.
• Manually lift, move, and arrange inventory boxes and totes weighing 24 lbs to 100+ lbs across concrete surfaces and changing elevations.
• Operate hand carts, pallet jacks, and trucks to transport materials safely within the facility.
• Prepare and stage shipments by building, loading, and shrink-wrapping pallets and loading trucks for outbound delivery.
