Job summary

Performance Food Group in Wisconsin is seeking a warehouse associate to oversee dock operations, receive and inspect materials, and maintain inventory accuracy. You will work Sundays through Thursdays, starting mornings, with overtime as needed to keep the flow of goods uninterrupted.

You will operate pallets and forklifts, adhere to safety and quality standards, and assist with unloading, organizing, and documenting shipments across multi-temperature environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Able to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly.
• Able to lift 10–80 pounds occasionally.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and keep work area safe and clean.
• Review schedule and prepare required supplies for operations.
• Wear required PPE and safety gear.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per guidelines.
• Open loading dock doors and prepare area to receive products.
• Inspect incoming trailers and verify quality and labeling.
• Receive items against the schedule and record counts.
• Perform damage checks and temperature checks as needed.
• Identify and store supplies per specifications in inventory system.
• Assist Forklift Operators with moving pallets and wrap changes.
• Perform general housekeeping and close out paperwork at shift end.
