Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Shawano, WI is seeking a Warehouse Selector, Non-Formula, to support our distribution operations. This role involves selecting and moving products between the loading dock and warehouse, using pallet jacks, tuggers, and forklifts to fill customer orders efficiently.

You will work Sunday through Thursday nights, 4 PM until finished, with a training period followed by a wage of $23 per hour on average. Day 1 benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift 10–90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in cooler, freezer, and dry environments.
• Pass post offer drug test and background check.
• EPJ certification within training period.

Responsibilities

• Selects and moves product between loading dock and warehouse.
• Operates pallet jacks, forklifts, tuggers, and related equipment.
• Prepares pallets for shipment and ensures accuracy of orders.
• Meets productivity and safety standards per location.
