Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate and manage multiple warehouse functions including receiving, warehousing, and shipping. The role supports the Warehouse Manager and coaches direct reports.

Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm with overtime. Requires a college degree (preferred) and at least three years of warehouse leadership; experience with lift equipment; ensures safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• College degree strongly preferred.
• Three years leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
• Material handling equipment experience such as forklift, pallet jack, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates warehouse operations including receiving, warehousing and shipping.
• Supervises Leads, warehouse teammates and other supervisors to ensure timely, accurate completion of duties.
• Screens and hires warehouse teammates and trains staff on safety and equipment operation.
• Ensures compliance with Federal statutes, DEA and OSHA regulations; enforces safety rules.
