Job summary

Nebraskaland Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Associate for the day shift (7:00 am–3:30 pm). The role centers on maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment and supporting daily facility operations.

You will help ensure interior and exterior areas are debris-free and compliant with safety standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the warehouse.
• Keep restrooms clean, stocked and sanitary.
• Clean common areas, break rooms, and employee spaces.
• Sweep, mop and maintain warehouse floors.
• Remove trash and recyclables and dispose of them properly.
• Collect packaging debris and organize storage areas.
• Identify and report maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Follow company safety procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
