• Oversee and manage inbound warehouse operations including receiving and inventory movement.
• Ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and service standards.
• Supervise staff (receivers, lumpers, Hilo operators) and coach performance.
• Monitor KPIs, labor efficiency, staffing, and workflow to minimize downtime.
• Utilize WMS and reporting tools to support execution.
