Job summary

Associated Staffing Incorporated in Fairbury, Nebraska is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for a daytime shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM). The role focuses on routine maintenance, equipment repair, and troubleshooting to keep plant machinery running safely and efficiently.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with reviews at 60 days, 6 months and annually thereafter. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, have hands-on maintenance experience, and can work independently while

Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with equipment repair or maintenance.
Ability to perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, service and repair plant machinery, tools and equipment.
Complete routine inspections and scheduled maintenance to prevent failures and downtime.
Diagnose mechanical problems and determine appropriate repairs.
Perform general mechanical repairs and adjustments.
Assist with facility and building maintenance as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards.
