Job summary

Timberland, a VF Company, is seeking a Custodian to maintain a clean, safe distribution center. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, offices, and break areas, and supporting daily operations with sanitation throughout warehouse and common spaces.

The role emphasizes safety and adherence to OSHA guidelines, with a need for physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. On-site work schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow basic work instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience in a warehouse or distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized distribution center environment.
• Perform general cleaning and sanitation throughout warehouse, office, breakroom, restrooms, and common areas.
• Support facility appearance standards during all shifts.
• Safely collect and dispose of waste per procedures.
