Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the shift.
• Experience with RF scanners is highly preferred.
• Comfort working at heights 20–30 feet regularly.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, sorting, packing, loading, and shipment preparation.
• Pick large case items with equipment or small unit items to designated cart.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
• Drive material handling equipment as required (e.g., cherry picker, forklift).
• Complete housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Communicate concerns to management and work with supervision.
• Adhere to OSHA and site safety policies and PPE requirements.
