Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is hiring for a Senior Associate, Warehouse Operations in La Vergne, TN. The role focuses on inventory integrity, order accuracy, and issuing timely, quality-controlled processing of materials within a distribution environment.

You will follow SOPs, pick items, perform quality checks, and use the Warehouse Management System to track movement of goods. Overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
• RF scanner/voice-picking experience highly preferred.
• Ability to work overtime with little to no advance notice.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: picking, quality checks, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Operate material handling equipment as required (e.g., forklift, cherry picker, pallet jack).
• Use WMS to check in/out products and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to OSHA and Cardinal Health safety policies.
