Cardinal Health in La Vergne, TN is seeking a Senior Associate, Warehouse Operations to ensure inventory integrity, manage adjustments and holds, and support efficient product flow from receipt to shipment. You will execute SOPs, resolve discrepancies, and assist with purchasing supplies.

The role involves a Monday–Friday schedule (11:00–19:30) with tasks across warehousing, material handling, and inventory control. Cardinal Health emphasizes safety standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the full shift.
• Comfort working at heights 20–30 feet regularly.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent (or experience) preferred.
• PIT equipment experience preferred.
• RF scanner/voice-pick experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, sorting, pallet building and packing for shipment.
• Pick large case items with equipment or small-unit items for carts.
• Cross-train across warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Use Warehouse Management System to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required (e.g., forklift, cherry picker).
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and adhere to OSHA standards.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns to management.
