Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our teams in Groveport, OH. You will receive and fulfill orders, pick, pack and prepare shipments, and participate in cross-training across warehouse areas.

You will operate equipment as trained, maintain safety and quality standards, and contribute to efficient flow from receipt to delivery. Prior experience is not required; on-site training and progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights 20-30 ft regularly.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Basic proficiency in English for reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders including picking, packing and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Be willing to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required.
