Cardinal Health in Groveport, OH is seeking a Warehouse Operations team member to receive, store and ship products, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and efficient flow from receipt to shipment for customers and patients. You will perform picking, packing, quality checks, and participate in cross-training across multiple warehouse areas.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, comfort with heights, and a willingness to train on material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required; training provided starting day one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights 20–30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for a full shift.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Basic proficiency in English to read/write documents.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, quality checks, packing and preparing shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment, e.g., order picker, forklift, reach turret, pallet jack, walkie rider.
