Job summary

Cardinal Health in Groveport, Ohio, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound or outbound activities within a fast-paced consumer health distribution center.

You'll follow established processes to fulfill orders, perform picking, packing and shipping, and participate in training for equipment such as order picker and forklift. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience.
• Fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with training provided on day one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
• Readiness to follow directions and adjust priorities as needed.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and basic English literacy.
• Experience with computers or point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participating in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment.
