Job summary

Cardinal Health in Groveport, Ohio, is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support inbound and outbound activities, following established processes to fulfill orders and ensure safety and quality. You will perform picking, packing, and shipping tasks, cross-train across areas, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while working Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm.

No prior warehouse experience is required as training is provided on day one, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working with heights 20–30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or point of sale systems is a plus.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing and preparing orders for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participation in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Be willing to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, order picker).
• Support inbound or outbound activities as requested by Warehouse Supervisor.
