Job summary

Cardinal Health in Grove City, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. You will support inbound and outbound activities, unload trucks with pallet jacks, scan products with RF, and use our Manhattan WMS to check in and manage stock.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long shifts, and occasionally working overtime to meet customer needs. This position pays $20.10 per hour and includes benefits such as PTO, HSA, 401(k) and more.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years related distribution experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours.
• Work at heights up to 25 feet.
• Overtime with reasonable notice.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks in the Inbound department using a pallet jack.
• Receive large boxes, scan products with RF, and input data into the computer.
• Use Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products; store refrigerated items as required.
• Break down cases and operate heavy equipment to replenish inventory.
• Store products in warehouse locations and pick items for outbound shipments.
• Palletize large items, wrap for shipment, and load outbound trucks.
• Drive material handling equipment as needed (order picker, forklift, reach truck, pallet jack).
