Job summary

Summit Racing Equipment in Sparks, NV is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Associate. This full‑time role runs Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–8:30pm with a $2 shift differential and pays $20.25 per hour. You will pick/pack orders and support our fast‑paced operations that deliver great service.

You must lift up to 50 lbs (70 lbs with assistance) and stand/walk extensively, using handheld scanners. We value reliability, teamwork, and attendance. Summit offers benefits and growth opportunities.

• You’ll work with fellow team members and leaders to deliver superior service and improve processes.
• Learn and gain experience in machine operation, quality & inventory control, packaging, picking/shipping, and forklift operation.

WINTER IS COMING - Work in town at Summit Racing Equipment in Sparks, NV

This is a 2nd shift full-time position. It is Monday-Friday 12:00pm – 8:30pm and pays $20.25 per hour (2nd shift already includes a $2 shift differential).

Responsibilities

• Pick/Pack 1 – Process customer’s orders by picking the specified product and quantity from the designated location and packing the order in the appropriate carton(s).
• The position requires physical movements such as standing, climbing stairs, bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, and lifting.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently and 70 lbs. with assistance.
• Position requires extensive walking.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Have ability to read and understand English, and basic understanding of math.
• Must be able to use technology (held-hand scanners and computers).
• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve required performance standards.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate effectively and take direction.
• Dependable, responsible, reliable, and mature with an excellent attendance record.
• An exceptional listener who is well organized and has an eye for detail.
