Job summary

W.W. Grainger, Inc. in Mira Loma, CA is hiring Distribution Center Associates for full-time roles. You will perform inbound and outbound warehouse tasks with emphasis on accuracy and safety, supporting timely customer shipments.

Day shifts Monday–Friday with start times at 8:45 am or 9:45 am. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma, pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks, and be able to lift up to 75 pounds. PIE operators have additional equipment responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs frequently.
• Includes powered industrial equipment awareness for PIE operators.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks (unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, packing) with attention to detail.
• Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery speed expectations.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and overtime requirements when needed.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe workspace in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Materials rules.
• Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve daily targets.
