Job summary

W.W. Grainger, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the Day shift at our Phoenix distribution center. You will perform inbound/outbound tasks, order picking, packing, and maintain a safe, efficient workspace.

You must be at least 18, be able to lift up to 75 pounds, pass pre-employment checks, and thrive in a fast-paced team. Day shift runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to about 6:00 PM; a competitive hourly wage starts at $23.30 with raises to $24.50.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds frequently.
• Capable of passing pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Prior warehouse or fast-paced environment experience preferred.
• Comfortable standing and performing physical tasks for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, label, replenish, audit, pick and pack products.
• Ensure shipments are accurate and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following safety rules.
• Use scanning equipment and report any warehouse issues to supervision.
