Qualifications

• National certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
• BLS within first 60 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with planning, implementing and evaluating patient care in the OR.
• Prepare sterile field, arrange supplies, and ensure instrument readiness.
• Support surgeons during procedures and maintain patient safety.
• Account for items used during procedures and reconcile supplies.
• Participate in safety measures and adapt to schedule changes.
