Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA) is hiring a Day Street Sweeper CDL B on a full-time basis in Oakley/Antioch. You will own assigned routes, operate a street sweeper, and uphold safety and DOT requirements while serving communities.

The role requires a CDL-B and DOT Medical Card, high school or GED, and 1 year DOT driving experience; benefits include weekly pay, competitive hourly wages, paid time off, and a path to a first pay increase at 6 months.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL-B & DOT Medical Card.
• 1 year DOT driving experience preferred.
• Must maintain acceptable driving record and pass background/drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; ensure safety features are operational.
• Review routes, complete jobs within allotted time with expected quality.
• Safely operate street sweeper and related equipment.
• Handle materials and disposal per procedures.
• Report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly to management.
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors, teammates, and clients.
• Complete required logs and forms accurately.
• Adapt to changing conditions and maintain dependable attendance.
