INTEGRIS Health Edmond Hospital is seeking a day shift, full-time Supervisor of Sterile Supply in Edmond, OK. The role focuses on leading the Sterile Processing Department, managing staff, and aligning with perioperative services to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, purchasing, inventory control, and collaboration with physicians and vendors to standardize products and reduce costs while maintaining high quality standards.

Formación

• Current certification (certified SPD tech) or at least 2 years SPD experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Must communicate effectively in English (written/verbal).
• Previous perioperative services experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Sterile Processing Department operations.
• Manage staff hiring, orientation, scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate budgeting, cost accounting, and purchasing for cost centers.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, sterility standards, and JCAHO/FDA guidelines.
• Collaborate with system supply chain on standardization and contract adherence.
• Interact with physicians on product selection and standardization; coordinate education and training.
• Monitor inventory levels and drive cost reductions without compromising quality.
• Prepare reporting and support for capital and operational budgets.
