The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of hospital experience, including leadership roles. Necessary certifications must be obtained within six months. Qualifications

• 3 years of hospital experience, including 3 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Certifications required: CSPDT or CRCST, CHL or CSPDM within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning, decontamination, assembly, packaging, and sterilization of surgical instrumentation.
• Manage processing, storage, and distribution of sterile supplies.
• Ensure readiness of instruments and equipment for surgeries.

Skills

Knowledge of maintenance and sterilization of medical supplies and equipment

Effective verbal and written communication

Knowledge of correct sanitation and hygiene

Skill in supervisory methods
