Qualifications

• 3 years experience in inventory management in a warehouse setting, 2 of which must be in a supervisory role.
• Valid Oklahoma drivers license and automobile insurance verification.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).

Responsibilities

• Manages all warehouse functions, maintaining a cost effective, customer supportive level of materials.
• Supervises department staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating performance and competency, and disciplinary sessions.
• Ensures units are inventoried and material delivered from the warehouse to the hospital and throughout the hospital.
• Uses automated inventory management systems to evaluate reports and adjust stock levels.
• Maintains administrative responsibility for automation systems and inventory levels.
• Collaborates with Materials Management Manager to develop training programs.
• Maintains time and attendance records.
• Participates in daily facility level huddles when manager is absent.
• Operates material handling equipment such as forklift and other vehicles as needed.
