Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security operations of an assigned client site.
• Manage a team of security officers and supervisors including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Build and maintain relationships with client and employees.
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals.
• Ensure reporting and contract compliance are met.
• Communicate staffing needs and assist recruiters in hiring quality candidates.
• Develop staff through performance management and training.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and update Change of Status forms.
