Job summary

REPAY is seeking a reliable Shipper/Receiver to manage outgoing shipments, incoming items, and facility maintenance at our Piscataway, NJ site. You’ll handle scheduling, carrier coordination, and documentation to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to drive a forklift—certification preferred.
• Ability to drive a 5 tonne truck.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving; maintaining the facility and general upkeep of the operations area.
• Stock supplies and maintain inventory.
• Maintain truck, upkeep and required documentation in the vehicle.
• Process paperwork and maintain records for reporting and tracking.
• Maintain filing of shipping documents.
• Prepare and schedule shipments as assigned.
• Create a daily shipment schedule.
• Schedule daily transportation with various carriers/couriers.
• Oversee safe loading/unloading of deliveries.
• Track shipments and verify receipts.
• Manage inventory of shipping materials.
• Create purchase requisitions and obtain approvals for supply orders.
• Sort and distribute incoming shipments.
• Perform quality audits of shipped goods.
• Report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Follow current standards and procedures.
• Ensure shipments have proper documentation; manage multi-item shipments.
• Problem-solve missing documents or deliveries.
• Maintain organized work area per policies and safety regs.
• Make deliveries with company vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of facility.
• May operate a Zamboni machine.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
