Job summary

REPAY is seeking a Materials Handler for the Piscataway, NJ facility on second shift (12:45pm - 9:00pm). You will load/unload USPS materials, manage inventory, assist Inserter Operators, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting SLA deadlines. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and operate a forklift or obtain certification.

Prior warehouse experience is preferred; strong teamwork and communication are essential. Competitive benefits and a supportive, growth-oriented culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Certified to operate a forklift or willing to obtain certification.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work overtime as needed.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain USPS materials and inventory at the workstation.
• Assist Inser t Operators to run mail processing efficiently and meet SLA deadlines.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and a clean, safe work environment.
• Provide pre-staged consumables and prepare mail for QOS & USPS inspection as required.
• Build pallets neatly, secure with shrink wrap or strapping, and ensure USPS compliance.
