Job summary

Ecumen is seeking a Full Time Laundry and Housekeeping Assistant to maintain clean, sanitary, orderly, and attractive living environments for residents. The position offers day hours, 40 hours per week, with every other weekend rotation in Minnesota.

Targeted pay range is $19.09–$21.00 per hour, with benefits based on scheduled hours. Responsibilities include cleaning assignments, following safety and regulatory standards, maintaining supplies, and assisting residents as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with community policies and department standards.
• Sweeps, vacuums, dusts, washes, waxes, scours and sanitizes areas as assigned; moves furniture and equipment as needed.
• Maintains all assigned areas in a safe manner and reports safety concerns to supervisor.
• Follows all regulatory compliance standards.
• Maintains equipment and supply levels and reports needs to supervisor.
• Assists residents with any applicable needs.
